Instruction of use

• Attached the ratchet hook to a fixed anchor point.
• Wrap the cord and hook over or around the object to be hold in place. Attached the second hook to another fixed point.
• Pull the end of the cord until the desired tension is attained, the cord will not recoil.
• To release the the cord, pull the loose end to release the pressure on the ratchet and press the release lever  with your thumb.
